 Perhaps one of the toughest items to move is a waterbed. Though it can be tough, if you follow the directions below, you can successfully move your waterbed to your new residence. Prior to the movers coming to your place Even before the movers start loading the first box, you should follow these directions. First of all, if your waterbed has an internal heater, disconnect it. Second, drain the water from your mattress. You can achieve this by siphoning the water out; using the mattresses’ drain pump and a faucet adapter; or through an electric pump. The last method is clearly the fastest and easiest choice. If you don’t own an electric pump, you can rent one at a store that carries waterbeds. |
